Information Collection and Use
Registration
Auction Offer, Inc. ("Auction Offer" or "we" or "us") is the owner of the web site,

(the "Site”). You may view properties offered on the Site, but in order to list
a property for sale or to bid on a property, you must register on the Site. In order
to place a bid on a property you must be pre-approved by a Financial Institution
(as described below). In order to register, click on the link called "Registration",
and follow the instructions. You will be required to acknowledge that you are at
least 18 years old and to give us your contact information, including name, address
and email address. We use the information you provide to allow you to participate
in offering properties or bidding on properties and to contact you about services
on the Site in which you express an interest. Auction Offer, Inc. is the sole owner
of the information collected on the Site. We do not share personally identifiable
data with third parties for unknown or unrelated uses.
You have the option to provide demographic information to us; we use this information
to provide users with a more personalized and effective experience on the Site.
Financial Institution
In order to bid on a property listed on the Site, you will need to be pre-approved
by a qualified Financial Institution up to a certain bid amount (the "Approved Bid
Amount”) which is referred to as Bidding cash on the site A list of qualified Financial
Institutions is found at

. If you are already working with a financial institution not on the list, you
may invite them to register so that they may pre-approve you for bidding. The Financial
Institution will ask you for personal information, which may include your salary,
debts and other details. We will not have access to such personal information. The
Financial Institution will provide us with an emailed statement that you have been
pre-approved up to the Approved Bid Amount. We are not responsible for the privacy
policies and use of your personal information by the Financial Institutions.
Uses of Information
The information collected from the Site is used to suit the needs of our end users.
We take user information and match that information with prospective home buyers
or sellers in the user’s area. The data provided allows a potential buyer and seller
to review properties and bids.
Communications from the Site
Special Offers and Updates
We will occasionally send you information on products, services, special deals and
promotions. Most of these emails contain an opt-out link. By clicking the opt-out
link, the user is sent to a page to confirm his or her desire to no longer receive
emails from us. In addition to the opt-out link, users can change their notification
options at any time by logging into their account by clicking on "My Account" and
then clicking on "No to newsletter..
Service-related Announcements
We will send you strictly service-related announcements on rare occasions when it
is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily suspended for
maintenance, we might send you an email. Generally, you may not opt-out of these
communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive
them, you have the option to deactivate your account by requesting deactivation

Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us upon Registration,
we will send you a welcoming email to that contain a link to activate you username
and password.. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries,
to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate
with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes. Our preferred method
of communication is email.
Profile
We store information that we collect through cookies, log files and clear gifs to
create a "profile" of your preferences. We tie your personally identifiable information
to information in your profile, in order to provide tailored promotions and marketing
offers and to improve the content of the Site for you.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share your profile with other third parties.
Agents
We use an outside credit card processing company to bill you for services. This
company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information
for any other purposes.
Service Providers
We do not use third parties to provide services to you. Note: This statement needs
to change when I have a client that has their own auction site that is hosted by
Auction Offer.
Legal Disclaimer
We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required
by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or
to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on the
Site.
Choice/Opt-out
When entering information on the Site, users must complete all fields that are required
on the registration form. We inspect every submission before it is sent for inaccurate
information. The information may be scored against a database for the valid phone
number and address. All offending submissions, including duplicates, may be rejected.
Your submission could be declined for any reason and we reserve the right whether
to disclose why the submission was declined.
We provide users with opportunity to "opt out" of having their personally identifiable
information used for certain purposes, when we ask for this information. For example,
if users register on the Site, we allow the user the opportunity not to receive
emails from us for third party promotions.
If users no longer wish to receive promotional communications, users may opt out
of receiving them by following the instructions included in each communication.
Log Files
As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store
it in log files. This information includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser
type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time
stamp, and click stream data.
We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends,
to administer the Site, to track users’ movements around the Site and to gather
demographic information about our user base as a whole.
We do not link this automatically-collected data to personally identifiable information.
Cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer for record-keeping
purposes. We use cookies on this Site. We link the information we store in cookies
to any personally identifiable information you submit while on our Site.
We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. We use session cookies to
make it easier for you to navigate our Site. A session ID cookie expires when you
close you browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended
period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided

We set a persistent cookie to store your password, so you don’t have to enter it
more than once. Persistent cookies also enable us to track and target the interests
of our users to enhance the experience on our Site.

Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
We employ a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs),
that help us better manage content on the Site by informing us what content is effective.
Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies,
and are used to track the online movements of web users. In contrast to cookies,
which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly
on web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We
tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable
information.
We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been
opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of certain communications
and the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. If you would like to opt-out of

The ads appearing on this Site are delivered to users by our advertising partner.
We share Site usage information about users for the purpose of targeting our Internet
banner advertisements on this Site.
